Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe, a mixed race British-Nigerian child, was born to an ethnically diverse family from South London. Her father is a Nigerian-Swiss, and her mother is English. Her family was in the south London Council Estate, and then went to The Brit School aged 14. In London she attended The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting degree was awarded. In her time at the school, she performed in several stage productions, including King Henry V's princess Katherine or Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe's acting journey began in the series Storm Damage. In the years since, she's had guest appearances for Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her breakthrough role came in 2007's Woody Allen movie Cassandra's Dream. It was opposite Colin Farrell (who played the role of Cassandra) and Ewan McGrath. Following that she portrayed Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally she appeared in Trexx as Ollie and in six episodes of Flipside. In 2008, Madekwe landed Bambi as the main character in the ITV2 comedy Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe also played the lead character in How to lose friends & make people feel alienated that was aired by Sony Pictures Entertainment back in 2008. The credits on stage for Madekwe are Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe officially made her US debut with The Beautiful Life in 2009. The series aired only two episodes on The CW, and was eventually ended. Ashley Davenport, a character on ABC's Revenge drama series was cast for her as Ashley Davenport. In late May 2013, it was announced that Madekwe, who had appeared on the show as a series regular for the past two seasons, was to leave the series following a guest appearance in the first episode of the season's new episode. She was Tituba on the television program Salem in 2014 until 2016. Madekwe and her boyfriend for many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were married in June 2012. The two have collaborated on Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as he is also a part of the cast on the show Salem.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress is a member of a large family living in Hamilton, Ontario. She was raised by both parents Roy and Patty as well as four brothers who were older than them: Brett, Todd and Bram twins, Rob, and Brett. Ashley's siblings, who are all athletic, played in the summer months and play hockey in the winter months. Ashley couldn't walk, however she could dance. As a result, at the age of 2, she discovered Baby Ballet. It was then that she discovered Ashley's interest in dance. Ashley was a competitive dancer in all the major divisions up until her graduation from high school. The competitions she participated in included ballet, jazz, tap, pointe and acrobatics. Ashley was awarded the top soloist honor at each major dance event, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more, just to mention a few.
